Information you give us
When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or use the website chat, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and project information. We use them only to reply to you and to provide the services you ask about.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga) and processes data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising cookies.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails and messages for as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email admin@madhras.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
